Provide a new corporate headquarters for a rapidly growing company in a thriving submarket in Plano, Texas. The company had expanded it’s office to capacity and was landlocked with no additional room to grow in its current building. The lease expiration was less than a year away and CHG couldn’t afford to be locked into a long term lease extension.
HHRE negotiated a short term lease extension while simultaneously contracting for land and designing a new headquarters facility. The site was in a highly desirable area but challenged by a flood plain. The HHRE team navigated the site issue and broke ground on the new facility within weeks of closing on the land.
CHG’s headquarters is designed specifically for its current needs while providing a flexible work environment to continue its growth with confidence.
