
Christopher Crow, M.D. CEO of Catalyst Health Group and President of Catalyst Health Network, is a nationally recognized healthcare innovator. Dr. Crow created Catalyst Health Group and launched Catalyst Health Network after founding Village Health Partners and Legacy Medical Village in Plano, Texas in 2007. He is an award-winning primary care physician and has spent the past 20+ years focused on helping communities thrive through improving the delivery of healthcare. As President of Catalyst Health Network, Dr. Crow has connected and aligned a network of more than 650 Primary Care Providers with nearly 1 million lives across North Texas, to build a better care model for patients that improves health and lowers cost. Dr. Crow was named Healthcare Innovator of the Year by D CEO Magazine, awarded TAFP Presidential Award of Merit, and Dallas 500 Most Powerful Leaders in North Texas. Additionally, Dr. Crow was a finalist for the 2019 EY Entrepreneur of the Year Award in the Southwest.
Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Vesey Street Capital Partners, L.L.C., a healthcare services private equity fund formed in 2014 and has been a Managing Partner since that time. From 2012 to 2014, Mr. Feinstein served as the SVP of Corporate Development, Strategic Planning and Office of the CEO at Laboratory Corporation of America Holdings (NYSE: LH), and as a Managing Director in Equity Research at Barclays Capital (NYSE: BCS) from 2008 to 2012. He is currently on the board of directors of Surgery Partners, Inc. (NASDAQ: SGRY), ScribeAmerica, Pathgroup, and Elite Body Sculpture. He is former board member of Imedex. Mr. Feinstein is a CFA charterholder and has a B.S. in Business from the Smith School at the University of Maryland at College Park. He also completed the Nashville Healthcare Council Fellows program. Mr. Feinstein has significant experience with companies that provide services to hospitals, physicians, payors and post-acute care.
Mr. Read is currently an advisor and consultant for the global healthcare team of The Carlyle Group (NASDAQ: CG). In his previous role, Mr. Read served as Pfizer’s (NYSE: PFE) Chairman and Chief Executive Officer beginning in December 2011, having been named President and Chief Executive Officer in December 2010. He previously served as Senior Vice President and Group President of Pfizer’s Worldwide Biopharmaceutical Businesses, overseeing five global business units: Primary Care, Specialty Care, Oncology, Established Products and Emerging Markets. Mr. Read started his career with Pfizer in 1978 as an operational auditor.
Mr. Read currently serves on the Boards of Kimberly-Clark (NYSE: KMB), DXC.technology (NYSE: DXC) and previously served on the board of PhRMA and the Partnership for NYC. Mr. Read received his B.Sc. in chemical engineering from London University Imperial College in 1974. He earned his Chartered Accountants certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales in 1978.
Fred S. Ridley is a partner with Foley & Lardner LLP, former national chair of Foley’s Real Estate Practice, a member of the Hospitality & Leisure (former co-chair) and Sports Industry Teams, a member of the Transactions Practice, and a former member of the firm’s Management Committee. Mr. Ridley is currently the chairman of Augusta National Golf Club and the Masters Tournament, and a past president of the United States Golf Association (2004-05). He is also a member of the Board of Directors for Starwood Capital Property Trust (NYSE: STWD).
Dan Doyle Jr. is President and CEO of DEX Imaging, a document imaging technology company headquartered in Tampa, Florida. In a 15-year span, Doyle grew DEX Imaging from a start-up, with 15 employees at a single branch location, to over 1,000 employees spread across 35 branches throughout the Southeastern United States. In 2019 the company was sold to Staples, Inc. with Doyle continuing to serve as acting CEO. In 2013, he was voted Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year for the Technology category, due to his groundbreaking initiatives in managed print software at DEX Imaging. Prior to joining DEX, Doyle was the founder and managing partner of a real estate development company based in St. Petersburg, Florida where he was responsible for developing, building, and managing some of the most distinguished landmark properties in the Tampa Bay Area. Doyle and his wife Nicole have three children and happily reside in the Tampa Bay Area.
