After developing several multi-tenant medical office buildings with our affiliate, Harrod Properties, we recognized the complexity and ever-evolving nature of healthcare real estate.  In order to be the best advisor and partner, we felt it imperative we have a deep understanding of healthcare delivery and real estate.

We have 30+ team members across our offices in Dallas, Nashville, and Tampa.  Our senior leadership collectively has an average tenure with the firm of more than 17 years and 215+ years of real estate experience.  Each office has people that are focused on lease administration, asset management, and development.  Even though we work nationwide, we take a hands on approach that includes frequent site visits and regular communication.
