Provide a new Class A facility for a growing primary care practice and recruit specialists and ancillary services to relocate into the project to provide comprehensive one-stop patient care.
HHRE and PFP collectively identified, entitled and purchased a site in Southwest Austin and designed Southwest Medical Village. The team successfully recruited eighteen practices to the Village and the building was fully occupied within months of completion.

HHRE and PFP collectively decided to sell the facility within two years of completion, and achieved favorable returns to the partners, exceeding their expectations.
Premier Family Physicians was introduced to HHRE in the pre-development stage of Southwest Medical Village.
