HHRE and its affiliate, Harrod Properties, have developed more than 240 buildings consisting of 18+ million square feet since our start in 1990. Each project is unique and exhibits characteristics important to each Client and the local community.

We start by programming a Client’s needs based on anticipated growth, then provide budgetary pricing for a new facility based on comparable projects and the local market.  Upon agreement on the general size, scope, and cost of a new project, our Client’s choose their preferred ownership structure:  lease only, wholly owned, or joint venture.  We then begin the development process: site selection, due diligence, documentation, pricing, financing, design, permitting, construction, and close-out.

Upon close-out and completion, the property is typically moved into HHRE’s asset management platform where we manage day-to-day oversight, reporting, budgets, and tax matters.
