- Create abstracts that describe key dates and provisions for each and every lease agreement
- Manage database and provide timely notice for critical dates (i.e. lease expirations and renewals)
- Advise, manage, and negotiate terms for renewals, expansions, and relocations
- Identify and assess alternative properties for consideration
The team at HHRE will track and manage our Clients’ real estate portfolio. We start by developing, or importing, a database with key provisions and dates for each and every lease agreement. We routinely monitor the portfolio for lease expirations and have regular calls to determine if each existing space is meeting the practice’s needs and expectations. We then advise, manage, and negotiate a renewal, expansion, or contraction to the existing facility, or work to find a suitable relocation alternative.
